The quickstart package is just a package we just unpacked and installed as our demo site, it's not an extension
You have installed it as an extension ?

How ever demo and installed version is different .as shown in the page .Deom page don,t have Advertisement. Please check this page

Today and regular problem p.h.p version not support to your template.site always get crash or down.Please update the p.h.p version and joomla version.We are facing problem keep on.
