The installation went without any problems, but when you do not enter the JUX Timetable menu, it crashes an error and sends you to go to the desktop

An error occured.

0 Class "JRequest" not found

When can you count on updates to version 4.x
If the time is indefinite and at least longer than 2 months can I count on the possibility of a refund
