Title Page After SAVE cannot edit Module Settings (YouTube Feed)

In Joomla 3.2.7 Stable when I add a new module with "YouTube Feed" and I add a TITLE to the Module name and SAVE it pulls me out of the Module settings and displays text on the screen of my browser. Every time I try to go back into the "YouTube Feed" module settings I see this screen again. I cannot find a way to go back into the Module settings. See cut and paste below.

My Questions:
Is this normal?
How do I go back into the module settings to adjust things?

I made a bit of progress but now when I go to view the page that Youtube feed should be on it has a 500 Error.

My Website still has an issue but I see it is now displaying DEBUG MOde on Joomla, Did you activate that?

YOu have admin to the Joomla.

You mean hosting full backup including the MySQL?

I downloaded the Akeeba Backup Joomal pkg_akeeba-7.0.2-core.zip ZIP File but when I tried to upload it gave and error:

Are you sure as on your website it says the min PHP version for Youtube Feed is PHP 5.2.4

I did change to PHP 5.6.25 but got a ton of errors when going into your Youtube Feed module. See screenshots below. So I had to change it back to 5.4.16
Also try to change it to PHP 7.x but then I got so many screen errors and it said it could not connect to MySQL.
