When I try to install mod_jux_news_ticker.Joomla3..zip in my Joomla 3.9.0 site I get an "Unable to find install package" error message.

I have checked the module file install in the Joomla 3.9. It still works fine. prnt.sc/f3r9OK2aPBJt
