Captcha errror on registration

People /agents can not complete registration because it says that recaptcha is not filled in correctly
but I do not see any recaptcha picture please help

Hi and thanks you have solved the issue though ou have just diasbled the captch whcih is fine for the time being but if i get lots of spam then i would need to enable it ?

Hi There so having issues with this template again ,

issues 1. agents have to register twice to become an agent is there anyway i can change this so they just register once but once they have the agents menu becomes avaliable currently I can only set the access to registered if i did this does that mean as they have registered as an agent they would see the menu or do i need both steps ?

issue 2. when i register as an agent i get a 404 error even though it all goes through ?

issue 3. when i list a property i get a link once submited but the link doesnt work please explain why ?
