Captcha errror on registration

step1: you want creat one agent , administrator ->mainmenu-> agent register and position configs by photo
step2: when i list a property i get a link once submited but the link doesnt work please explain, because property in administrator when you creat with category , frontend only show property with category you ctreated (photo step2)

If you look at the previous threads I couldn't see the captcha and without this people and agents could not register you said the issue had been fixed prntscr.com/7lkust

what you actually did was disable the captcha but now the site is getting lots of spam because there is no captcha
