JUX REAL ESTATE - Change Some words in the components

Hi,
I would like to change some words that appear in the front end.
In particular:

In particular:

(please take a look to the attached pictures)
- the word Beds (I need to change in Rooms)
- the word SQFT (we use meters and not feet)
and in general these word in these positions.

both in item list (pict. 1) and in item page (pict 2).

I had a look to the .ini files and also in some .php file but can not find how to fix it.

waiting for you precious help I'm find how to change some words in live site (using language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jux_real_estate.ini), at the very first look I didn't find here the solution.

BUT I can not change some words in Administrator > Realties > Details
I need to change some words (like Bedrooms or SQFT) because in Europe we don't use to count Bedrooms but just Rooms to describe the house.

Please could you explain where I can change this?

to change words in JOOMLA ADMINISTRATOR, Simply find the JUX file in Administrator/language.
