Search field problem

Hi,
I have created some additional field in config>fields
now I need them in the search selector.

looking to your documentation i can see there's a search column: docs.joomlaux.com/extensions/jux_real_estate/#!/8_setup_fields

I've not that column - look at the attached picture - (probably I need to activate something in the settings?).

I really need to have it. Of course.

Sorry but I don't understand.
I didn't see Search fields column at field properties.
What I have to do to make this column visible?

I have the latest version of JUX Real Estate installed with quickstart.
I woluld like to have search fields what you made on Capture.png, but for me only appears standard filelds.
Do I need to download something again?

Coluld you please attach modified files?

Now I see JUX Real Estate extension was updated, not the template and its parts.
I can not download it because I purchased Joomla Templates Membership only

What can I do?

I've already downloaded and installed the extension. How can I download the new version? It asks me to pay again...

Once installed, will it overwrite CSS and fronted PHP files?
In case is it possible to know which specific files I have to modify/substitute so I will not loose some modifies I did to the layout.

I Know that, but in Documentation I can see that I can decide which extra files I want in the Search tool. The module you suggest to publish doesn't use my extra fields, it just use some default fields. So it's a different thing that for me is not useful. Please could you provide the way to have the same that I can see in your documentation page (that is: activate my extra fields and use the column to publish/unpublish field in search tools).
