URGENT upgrade from version 3.1 to 3.2

Dear Sirs, I have real estate template installed with version 3.1 of the component. I was told to update to version 3.2 to create more fields in the properties but I broke install the template. They said it was incompatible and that they were fixing. It is not solved to work with version 3.2 of real estate?
And I need to upgrade to work properly.
