About your issue, I think you are missing a </div> tag.
Please check moudules that edited.
If not true, please send me link your site and account admin

Thank you so much! can you tell me where was the problem and the fix? I need to update the site with the latest version of your template and other extensions and I dont want to loose it.
Anyways if you are interested I can send you the spanish languages files for your extension used in this template so you can use it.
about the problem, I said for you in PM.
At the moment, you can update last version of our template, BUT not our Realty Estate Extensions.
Because 3.2.2 version Realty Estate of extension isn't complicate with this version Realty Estate of template.
In the feature, we will sync extension with template.
Hope still that, you are using our template.
