Cannot register users

When I try to register a user it fails. User can register in joomla component but whenever I try to register user via sign up it fails.

Can i please receive some support for this purchase? I have sent you login details as requested....Can you assist or is a refund the best option?

Let me try again.
A user register ive Joomla..and that is successful. when that user say nameis Sammy tries to sign up to a plan ..or add himself as an agent he cannot. It does not allow him to sign up as an agent and therefore add listings. Try creating a user and then try to add them as an agent to add listings..It does not work.
I hope this explains the problem....It has been nearly two weeks since we purchased the compnent and asked for support..This need to be fixed now or a refund provided so we can explore other options...
Please dont send another update saying that you dont understand the problem..IT is very clear...try to become an agent on the site and add listings...you will see the issue.
