pallalax scroll wrong preview on iPad

on my iPad and the iPads at the shops an image in parallax scroll previews as just a big blob, and the type doest move over it
i have been informed by joomlaux that it works fine, could you all check as i don't think it does

if you go to below link and scroll to parallax at bottom of page of picture of cup coffee and computer.
it is fine on mac, but when viewed on iPad it just appears as enlarged static image, i have previewed on several iPads and get same result
and the type doest move over image
