8. Testimonials and Reviews

Once people visit your site, they will evaluate you and your business. What can you offer them? Is it easy to find what they need on your site? What makes you better than your competitors? And if it’s the first time they visit your site, they tend to read other clients’ reviews and testimonials. It’s the good way to help them have an overview of your business, so don’t forget! These reviews and testimonials can convince them to give your products/services a try. It’s a good feature for a business site in particular and a website in general, right?

9.  Contact Information

Nothing is more frustrating than that visitors find it unable to contact owners of needed products/services. What contact information is needed? An email, phone number, address should be included in a form. Today, some websites don’t create a contact form but directly contact via Live Chat system, which users can ask their questions and receive replies pretty immediately. However, for long term benefits, a contact form seems to be more useful.

10. Calls to action

If you have ever visited a business website, it’s not difficult to see buttons like “Join Us”, “Read Now”, “Buy Now”. These “calls to action” buttons is a great way to drive visitors to do what you want them to do. You need to create a clear path for your visitors to navigate them in the way you want. Be very clear! If you want them to buy your products, set up the offer and show them how to do that by clicking “Buy Now” button on your site. Your calls to action should be as clear and intuitive as your navigation. It’s the only way to get it worked!

One more thing, don’t forget to take advantages of premium Joomla templates and Joomla extensions to save time and work effectively. Work smarter, not harder!
