I'm using you jux mega menu and it's working well on many website I've done but I don't understand why here I can't see the submenu.

It's not the first I have issue with your module mega menu and each time I send you link, you can't access to it.
What I send you is a complete copy of the website with the DB that way you can see the problem. Obviously you need to change the config file to be able to connect to the database based on your installation.
