Hi,

i've installed JUX Social Media but i'm having issue with it displaying i just have the red loading boxes, in an effort to simplify things i've created a a clean page on the protostar template which is set just to show a vimeo feed but get the same result. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi
Thanks for your feedback.
Your site cannot read the file in the module.
staging6.yourgene-health.com/modules/mod...ia/social/social.php
should have encountered an error: 403 - Forbidden Error
You contact hosting and they will help it fix the problem of not reading the file
Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the support the 403 error helped the permissions were ok but the second suggestion solved it there was a Restrictive Apache directives inside .htaccess file. There are two Apache directives which can cause this error - 'Deny from' and 'Options -Indexes'. Regards Dan

Hi
Sorry, there is an Apache command limited to your .Htaceccess file. so your site cannot read our module.
You must now contact the hosting party you purchased. The hosting side will help you fix that limited Apache command.
Hope you will understand.
thanks
