I've installed several quickstart joomla sites but having trouble with yours.
When I follow all the directions and finish.. I get this with no strucutre... as if no CSS is being used.

The template is fully forking on my local host. I downloaded some of your pictures to start-up with
but it looks like css is not connecting on live site.
I try to look at problem with my host but still can't find.
After no Help I have been trying and trying and managed to get it work but just work a day.
I have even install in 3 domains and none of them is working so it clearly has something to do with the template.
Continuing to refer us to the documentation is clearly not working. We have followed the documentation (which is clearly outdated by the way)
Can you please provide some actual support? or Tell us how to get a refund!!!!!!!!!!
I have the same issue, please let me know if someone finds out what's wrong... it's the first time ever I have such an issue with a QS and the first time I use one from UK...
I had to get a new template from somewhere else.
Also subscribed to their mega menu but I am not getting a good result and I know there is no one to assist me.
They manage to get to work on their demo site but can't help to achieve what you see.
